株式会社TSUTAYAの新業態である「SHARE LOUNGE」が渋谷のスクランブルスクエアにオープンしました。「シェアオフィス」としての利便性と「ラウンジ」の居心地の良さを持ち合わせた施設として、クリエイティブワーカーに向け、より快適なワークスタイルを提供します。

Lab&Designでは、ブランディングをはじめ、ウェブサイト、スマホから空席確認・予約できるユーザーアプリ、店頭での席管理アプリのUI/UXデザイン・開発まで包括的に担当しました。全ての端末に統一感を持たせることが課題でしたが、ほぼ全域のタッチポイントにおけるデザイン / ディレクションを担当させて頂けたので、ブレのない一貫したブランドイメージを作り上げることができました。設計段階から常にエンドユーザーを意識し、あらゆるシチュエーションでの仮説検証を繰り返し、改良を重ねた結果、ユーザビリティの高いアプリ提供を実現しました。
WEBアプリは自社フレームワークを元にフルスクラッチで開発/構築しています。

オープンして3ヶ月で約1万ダウンロードを獲得でき、現在は更なる使いやすさを求めて機能強化と他店舗展開に向けて、サービスのユーザビリティ向上を目指しています。

With the opening of Tsutaya’s new business venture「SHARE LOUNGE」, located in Shibuya Scramble Square which was newly constructed as a cutting-edge commercial complex. Combining the convenience of a "shared office" with the comfort of a "lounge," TSUTAYA offers a more comfortable working style for creative workers.

We at Lab&Design were responsible for the website’s branding, development and UI, as well as the smart-phone application which comprises a seat booking system. Creating a consistent design that targets all devices was challenging but we are confident that our final product hits all the checkmarks and image quality of a modern sleek brand. We were able to provide a user-friendly application after constant revision and the consideration of all possible use-cases.

After 3 months of opening, the app has passed 10,000 downloads. Currently we are focusing on expanding the app’s functionality by including other stores and aiming for better user accessibility.
